These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the wj2 platform and all services under it. Accessing wj2's website, mobile application, or any related service constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. Any user who does not agree with any part of these Terms is asked to refrain from using the site.

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all of them will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, mobile number, email, and financial details — must be accurate and up to date. wj2 reserves the right to cancel an account if false or incorrect information is provided.

2.4 Geographic Eligibility

It is the user's responsibility to verify whether using online gaming or betting services is lawful in their area. wj2 accepts no legal liability in this regard.

Every user is required to keep their account username and password confidential. Sharing login details with anyone else is strictly prohibited. If a user believes their account has been accessed without authorisation, they must contact wj2's support team immediately.

Any activity that takes place on an account will be treated as the action of that account's owner, unless they have promptly notified wj2 of unauthorised access. wj2 will not be responsible for any loss arising from third-party use.

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on wj2: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (applicable to all methods).

4.2 Withdrawals

The same methods can be used to withdraw funds from the account: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000. Requests generally take 10 to 45 minutes to process.

4.3 Verification

wj2 may require identity verification before processing a withdrawal. Users may be asked to submit a copy of their national ID card or passport. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

4.4 Account Ownership

Funds deposited into and withdrawn from an account must always be through methods registered in the same person's name. Deposits or withdrawals through third parties are not accepted.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 120% bonus is available on the first deposit at wj2, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: if someone deposits ৳1,000, a ৳1,200 bonus is added, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times (i.e. ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000). Bonus funds cannot be converted directly to cash — they can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement is met.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own terms, which will be stated alongside the relevant offer.
• Meeting the wagering requirement is mandatory before withdrawing any winnings made using bonus funds.
• If wj2 suspects misuse of bonus benefits, it may cancel the bonus or review the account.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or coordinated betting is subject to penalty.

5.3 VIP Cashback

wj2 has three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier receives weekly cashback, which is a fixed percentage of that week's total net losses. For example: if a Silver member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, they will receive up to ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 in cashback. The cashback rate increases at higher tiers.

wj2 offers various types of games including casino games, slots, live casino, and sports betting. Each game has its own rules, and it is every member's responsibility to read those rules before playing.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, that round may be declared void.
• If an event is cancelled in sports betting, the staked amount will be refunded.
• wj2 may review any winnings arising from software errors or unusual circumstances.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wj2 platform and may result in permanent account closure:

1. Hacking, using bots, automated scripts, or harmful code on the platform's software.
2. Using the platform for money laundering or to conduct transactions involving illegal funds.
3. Opening multiple accounts or falsifying identity to claim bonus benefits.
4. Engaging in fraudulent activity with other users.
5. Placing bets on behalf of other users or managing their accounts.
6. Any attempt to bypass the platform's security systems.

wj2 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account for any reason, particularly for breach of these Terms, without prior notice. If a balance remains after account closure and no breach of terms is proven, wj2 will review the matter of returning those funds.

Users may also request to close their own account at any time. Contacting the support team will initiate the process.

wj2 strives to keep its service uninterrupted and error-free, but accepts no liability in the following situations:

• If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a device issue.
